Return Policy

All firearms and ammunition sales are final.

All deposits are considered a commitment; if you cannot keep that commitment, you will forfeit the deposit and the product purchased.

Any defects or issues need to be addressed to the manufacturer.

Unopened accessories with a valid receipt are subject to in-store credit only. We will take the item in on trade or buy it back at used value (30% of dealer cost at the time brought in).

Consignment Terms

  • We will use our time and resources to get your items sold as quickly as possible.
  • We will list your item on our website, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and occasionally Gun Broker.
  • A 20% consignment fee or agreed-upon fee will be charged once items are sold.
  • Once your item is filed into our A&D book, a 4473 form is required to return the firearm to the consignee or purchase the firearm.
  • If you get denied on the 4473 form while trying to retrieve the firearm, we will leave it at the agreed-upon price for 30 days. After 30 days, we will sell it at the appropriate used value.
  • If you request your firearm back, you will be charged a $30.00 FFL fee.

Layaway 60-Day Terms

  • $300 minimum purchase required to qualify for layaway.
  • Orders require a firm commitment (no changes once placed).
  • No substitutions, returns, or exchanges allowed.
  • 30% down payment (non-refundable) on in-store purchases and special order items.
  • Layaway period begins on the date of order and ends 60 calendar days later.
  • If the final payment is not received by the end of the term, the layaway purchase will be canceled, and all funds paid will be forfeited.
  • Consignments are not eligible for layaway unless the consignee agrees to wait 60 days for payment.

Transfers & Fees

Online Firearms Transfer: $50.00 per item (multi-item discounts available).

Private Firearms Transfer: $30.00 per item (multi-item discounts available).

All firearm transfers require proper documentation and background checks.

If a background check is denied, you are still responsible for the stated transfer fee.

Items not picked up within 30 days of receipt will incur a $1.00/day storage fee.
