ELIGIBILITY: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least TWENTY ONE (21) years old as of the date of entry for handguns and EIGHTEEN (18) for long guns. Employees are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Must Pass a ATF Form 4473. Void in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law, regulation or ordinance.
